Q	Can I get FTP access to the site?
A	For this plan, there is no access to the source files, BV allows a tremendous amount of customization directly within the BVadmin interface. You will be able to create custom pages, links etc. For custom images that need to be uploaded, please send them to us and indicate which directory they should be placed in and we will put them onto the server

Q	Can I move my site to another hosting company?
A	The data contained in the SQL database can be transferred however the source files that are part of our BV Commerce package cannot be transferred.
